So, why I do get on every day? And why do I post these posts? And why I'm moved to say these messages?
First, because Spirit gave them to me.
Second, because it's my greatest dream and mission to help people love themselves and to love the lives they are presently freaking living! To not be off waiting until tomorrow happens, hoping, dreaming, waiting on God, all of that. I'm just keeping it real.
I want you to love your life that God and Spirit has given to you RIGHT NOW.
So, today's message I really feel is clutch because I'm speaking from my heart. I'm speaking from my soul.
I STRUGGLE WITH THIS TOO! We need to stop thinking that our present-day reality is the sh$t.
The present-day reality, like what you're experiencing right now, is exactly that. It's what you're experiencing right now. It does not have to dictate tomorrow.
LIFE CAN CHANGE IN A FREAKING INSTANT.
As I tell my clients, as I tell my friends, as I TELL MYSELF, change your thoughts, change your life.
Change the way you see yourself, change your life in an instant.
IT’S FLIPPING A SWITCH.
It's not allowing yourself to believe that what you see in front of you is actually real for you forever.
What you're experiencing in the moment right now is just that the moment right now.
But please know with a new thought, a new belief, a change in the way that you do things, even a new freaking habit can make your life change overnight.
You can flip the switch in an instant.
So today, wherever you are, whatever you're thinking or believing, if you're stuck feeling down about the present moment, trust me, I've been there.
I've had several moments - - moments that stack back to freaking back that feel freaking awful.
But the moment I start saying something else to myself, I start thinking a new thought my present day and that next present moment changes like this - - like I flipped a switch.
I want the same for you.
